1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Allure Dating: Meet Your Match (the "Service"), including our website and web application (the "Web App"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA. If you access the Service through a mobile application obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to those stores’ terms.

3. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, modification, or derivative works
• No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution
• No automation, scraping, or misuse of the platform
• No illegal, harmful, or harassing behavior

4. User Content & Abuse

You are responsible for all content you upload. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or report abusive content or behavior.

5. Age Restriction

This app is intended for users 18 years and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

6. In-App Purchases

Paid features and subscriptions (if offered) may be processed through third-party payment processors on the Web App and/or through the Apple App Store or Google Play on mobile. Subscriptions (if offered) may auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refund eligibility and processing are handled by the payment method you used (the applicable store or third-party processor) and are subject to their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in the Service, including the Web App and any related software, content, and branding, belong to ShinyTech Consultants LLC. You are not granted ownership or any claim to any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee matchmaking results, uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability. Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, harm, or reputation damage resulting from use of the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA. You waive class actions and agree to resolve issues individually.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
